Description

The Client Success Coordinator supports the Account Management team, online marketing campaigns, and provides world-class support to help our clients achieve their business goals through highly targeted online advertising.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with an account management team to create client campaign reports, input data for ad creation, submit tasks for web graphic creation, manage the monthly update of dealer-specific specials pages, and schedule client calls
  • Manage QA for campaign and design adjustments as well as for new promotional account builds
  • Compile and maintain compliance guidelines for all brands and ensure team is up to date with changes
  • Assist the Program Success Manager with promotional sales order management as well as operational tasks to set accounts live
  • Oversee monthly design updates process for certified program clients including managing selections, pulling disclaimers, collaborating with design and handling QA for completed banners
  • Review, edit and distribute monthly co-op reports
  • Contribute to an account management team in the management, coordination, and performance tuning of ad campaigns to ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Work with subject matter experts, in-house and remotely, to create relevant content and campaigns for small businesses
  • Work with internal team and clients to develop and implement successful online campaigns
  • Troubleshoot basic issues directly with clients regarding coop, design or similar
  • Review client reports and help to strategize for campaign improvements
  • Contribute to planning and prepping for daily, weekly, and monthly client calls
  • Join Account Management team on daily, weekly, and monthly client calls
  • Serve as backup contact  for both internal and external questions when account managers are unavailable
  • Troubleshoot performance issues with operations teams
  • Develop expertise on online advertising platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook and more
  • Work closely with internal team members to develop internal processes
  • Work closely with the team to shape the future of the business
  • Participate in a team account management environment, helping to shape and support the workflow of the team

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related area
  • 1+ years of client-facing experience with a demonstrated dedication to clients and problem solving
  • Understanding of online advertising platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook and more
  • AdWords and Google Analytics experience highly recommended
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Unquestioned integrity & commitment level
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Docs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive at learning a lot quickly
