The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for level one technical support, customer account management, critical and preventive support services, and escalation of customer issues to engineering when necessary. To meet Dor’s mission of providing an incredible proactive customer experience, the Customer Support Manager will provide leadership ensuring consistency in the delivery of all support services to all Dor customers throughout the lifecycle of their deployed solutions.
The Customer Support Manager will provide leadership, organization, and coordination for customer support delivery key activities including program planning, oversight, and management. This position will be responsible for driving major change and continuous improvement throughout the customer service delivery experience ensuring a culture shift to customer centric operations, improving revenue and increasing customer success. This position will manage and be the first point of contact for all Customer Support teams at Dor, both internally and contracted services. The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all Customer Support operations follow best practices and approaches, first evaluating current tools and procedures and making recommendations for improvements.
