As a Senior Consultant at Brooks Bell, you will be helping to build and scale internal experimentation programs and advising/supporting experimentation efforts for our clients.  You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying client needs and problems, and working with analysts, developers, account managers, and other consultants to develop and deliver custom solutions. The role requires a generalist’s perspective combined with experience in website experimentation, in addition to creativity, curiosity, and expert communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

  •         Serve as main point of contact for high profile corporate clients
  •         Build trusted relationships with client decision makers
  •         Identify client challenges, conflicts, and concerns
  •         Anticipate client problems
  •         Develop and deliver custom solutions for clients
  •         Work with and manage other internal teams to develop and deliver solutions for clients
  •         Create and deliver frequent presentations for clients
  •         Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with clients
  •         Contribute to the development of Brooks Bell consulting products and services
  •         Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, to a high degree of quality
  •         Be a thought leader in A/B experimentation and optimization

 

Requirements

  •         3+ years of direct client or consulting experience
  •         Strong analytics skills
  •         Exceptionally organized

  •         Expert communication and presentation skills
  •         Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting project requirements
  •         Highly motivated and eager to learn in a self-starter environment

  •         Active listener capable of identifying client needs
  •         College degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications)
  •         Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  •         Available for travel and sometimes extended travel as needed

 

Preferred

  •         Experience with split testing, targeting and/or conversion optimization
  •         Experience working with enterprise-level clients and providing strategic guidance
  •         Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  •         Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Maxymiser, SiteSpect, Qubit, etc.
  •         Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, CoreMetrics, Google Analytics, etc.
