The optimization/experimentation/testing space is evolving- creating significant business opportunities for Brooks Bell. As the IT support person, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Brooks Bell organization as we move to the next stage. Brooks Bell is the recognized leader in enterprise-level testing, personalization, and optimization services — and one of the best places to work in the world. We’re looking for an exceptionally talented professional who can provide the Brooks Bell team the leadership and support of key IT related initiatives.

As the IT support person at Brooks Bell, you will:

  • Coordinate all IT support needs such as on boarding new employees, off-boarding existing employees, telephone administration (Ringcentral), terminations, troubleshooting computer problems,

  • Assist non-technical/technology experienced end users with basic configuration and troubleshooting tasks. Troubleshooting of printers, adding network printers, driver support, wireless printing.

  • Repair and upgrade different types of computers (software and hardware)

  • Oversee the continued development of all IT initiatives such as network security, G suite maintenance & disaster recovery plan

  • Maintain and update all IT administration needs to ensure compliance

  • Define best IT equipment and order IT equipment as necessary

To join our forces, you’ll need:

  • Hand on experience with G suite so you can create and maintain user and group accounts in Enterprise Google Apps/Mac & PC

  • Be able to work in an Mac OS and Windows PC environment

  • Familiar with iOS and Android device security

  • Hands on experience with a VOIP telephone system such as Ringcentral

  • Good project management and communication skills

  • Strong communication skills; keen attention to detail

  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and producing top-notch deliverables

  • Good relationship-building skills with ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent conveying technical information to non-technical audiences

  • At least one Linux, Windows, or other computer-related certification is required, or 2-year technical degree

  • Technical training or studies in a computer-related field preferred

Position type and expected hours of work

This is a part-time (10+/- hours per week) position. It has the potential to grow into a full-time position as Brooks Bell expands.
