As Business Development Associate at Brooks Bell, you will work closely with the Director of New Client Development to prospect, educate, qualify and develop strategic target accounts. This is an opportunity to take Sales to the next level while working closely with various members of the Brooks Bell team. You’ll need to quickly build your expertise in our industry to be successful at fairly complex solution selling, while still being cool with lots of outreach. While you’ll have support from executives, marketing and SMEs, you must have the confidence, aptitude and drive to handle the early pipeline independently. Lastly, and most importantly, you must be excited about the promise of testing, experimentation consulting, analytics and you must embrace our mission, vision and core values. We are passionate about helping companies embrace data-driven thinking in their organization, and you would be responsible for making a smart, warm and compelling first impression for our brand.

Job duties:

• Maintain and build a book of new business to meet/exceed quarterly goals.

• Prospect, educate, qualify and develop strategic target accounts

• Act as ambassador for the Brooks Bell brand when attending trade show, partner events and prospect pitches to generate interest from target prospects

• Builds trust with prospects through genuine listening, industry knowledge and true empathy

• Great at solution selling: Great listener and can effectively translate prospect needs and challenges into Brooks Bell solutions

• Research accounts

• Identify and qualify opportunities through inside sales strategies

• Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis



• Bachelor's degree

• 2-4 years in sales or a business development role with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success

• Proven success in B2B/Enterprise selling with some experience events/trade shows to build sales pipeline

• Experience in professional services of technology sales required

• Experience with web application products and services and a good knowledge of digital landscape highly preferred

• A passion for testing/optimization a big plus

• Telesales experience highly desirable

• Excellent communications skills – both written and oral

• At home in a fast-paced, high growth, collaborative, client-driven environment

• Courageous personality, but must be a team player

• Experience using Salesforce CRM

• Has excellent PowerPoint skills

• Is highly organized and self-motivated

• Willing to travel (mostly US) around 30%
