Description

 

Account Managers are responsible for managing the relationship, success, and strategy for high profile corporate clients and supporting the Director, Account Management and Clients teams in all program initiatives.  They work with the client team, executive team, creative teams, developers, analysts and project managers to ensure that all program deliverables are completed accurately, on-time and with an overall quality that exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as relationship manager and main point of contact for assigned high profile corporate clients
  • Manage clients’ onboarding, overall program initiatives and key goals
  • Align closely with PM team to deliver excellent customer service, and oversee campaign success and performance
  • Responsible for client contracts and renewals
  • Build trusted/strategic relationships with decision makers on the client side
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities and growing client accounts
  • Help resolve client challenges, conflicts and concerns
  • Create and deliver quarterly client presentations
  • Schedule and lead client on-site visits
  • Be a thought leader in A/B Experimentation and optimization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct client/account management experience
  • Exceptionally organized
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Committed to meeting deadlines
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and providing strategic guidance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask various projects
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Highly motivated and eagerness to learn in a self-starter environment
  • Enthusiastic, confident, curious and driven
  • Proven success within a cross functional team environment
  • College degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications)
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook

Preferred

  • Experience with split testing, targeting and/or conversion optimization
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and providing strategic guidance
  • Experience presenting to executive level stakeholders

Physical Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some travel may be required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) exempt position.
